He pays a Rent of 60-100k, a year;
He buys stock of 250k!
He pays Local Government 5k a year;
He pays N400 daily for transport;
He feeds N400 daily;
He has Area Boys to settle;
He has Vigilanté, to settle;
He contends with diabolical and jealous business neighbors;
etc etc!
At the end of the year, he manage to see 20k as profit in his account!
ANXIETY SETS IN = HIGH BP!
Whereas, the second friend went I to Entrepreneurship invested into RAGP Business Opportunity with 20k;
He operates from his room with his phone as the shop
No shop landlord to settle;
No Local Government, to settle;
No Area Boys to settle;
No Vigilanté to settle;
No transportation cost to bear;
But, in his 1st year, he made 500k, in his account! bcos he invested into a business that already have buyers and the product NO ONE CAN DO WITHOUT IT
